Rapid prototype that resulted in a successful product, featuring a high-precision 3-axis magnetometer, a GPS/GNSS receiver for centimeter-level positioning accuracy, controlled by a ESP32 Node development Board with Wi-Fi & Bluetooth and powered by LiPo battery with charge and power management module. Communications via 2.4GHz RF Transceiver Module.

Designed from scratch in 2016, this control board for a vending machine is powered by an ATmega2560 microcontroller. The successful project featured a SIM800L quad-band GSM/GPRS module for real-time cellular alarms, SD card logging, an RTC (real-time clock) for precise event logs, and USB communication via an FT232RL module.
The project reduced costs significantly by replacing stepper motors with brushed motors while maintaining reliability using limit switches.

Another major improvement conceptualized, designed, and implemented by Wiliam Leite was the use of a load cell to verify, through a field-calibration system, the number of products delivered, eliminating issues with failed or double deliveries.

This model of vending machine remained operating reliably in the field for 9 years, bringing steady revenue to the client.

This PCBA for a high-precision countdown clock display was engineered for a 2016 marketing campaign in Brazil, where promotional boxes containing a new product from a global shaving and blade technology brand were delivered to celebrities. Hundreds of boxes shipped nationwide opened automatically at the exact moment the product launched, following a synchronized 3-day countdown.

The electronics featured an ATmega328 microcontroller with a high-precision crystal oscillator and MAX7219CNG display drivers to run the 3-day countdown across seven 5×7 LED matrices.

The campaign was a nationwide success, generating major social media buzz as celebrities shared live updates of their boxes counting down and unlocking on social media.

Initial prototype that resulted in an IoT multi-sensor telemetry hub deployed in remote forest monitoring. The system utilized low-power LoRa communication to transmit critical environmental data, including soil temperature, barometric pressure, magnetic field variations via 3-axis magnetometer, and micro-seismic activity via high-precision 3-axis accelerometers.
